Reservation and Cancellation Policy 

We require a deposit of the 1st night paid to confirm your reservation.

Full payment of accommodation balance before or on arrival is mandatory. 

*Bond Fee of $ 500.00 is required when renting the whole 1770 Sovereign lodge 

It is the policy of 1770 Sovereign Lodge Resort not to give cash refunds. In the event of cancellation we will issue you with a 1770 Sovereign Lodge Resort Credit Voucher valid for 6 months.

This voucher is not transferrable. 

Amendment Fees :

ALL changes of dates and amendments ; in low, mid or high season will incur an administration fee of $50. 

Early Departure :

Should a guest decide to leave early and request a refund, our policy is: NO refund after stay has commenced. 

We understand when things don't quite go to plan, but many times others have missed out because of no vacancies, especially in peak period. So please be sure of your dates so other visitors can enjoy

If cancelled 0 - 365 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit and payment made will be forfeited

At Christmas & Easter we require you to PAY 100% before arrival to confirm your reservation.

All payment made for Xmas ,New Years and Easter  Holiday are NON Refundable 

*There is a 1.5% merchant fee on all credit card transactions

*For guests arriving with their pet $ 75.00 pet fee is applicable
